Renderings
Renderings produced in Blender, Unreal Engine 4 & 5, 3dsMax, and Keyshot.

-Feature Benefit-
rendering
Using a hose creator add-on, this image was created and rendered in Blender.

-In-use- rendering
This final image is a composite of 3d rendered elements created in Blender with adjustments in Photoshop.

-In-use- rendering
In this type of image, I matched the camera angle, lens and lighting of the photograph while replacing a rough model with a 3d rendered photo-realistic product. I used Blender with adjustments in Photoshop.

-In-use- versatility rendering
I matched the camera angle, lens and lighting of the photograph while replacing the rough models with 3d rendered photo-realistic products. I used Blender with adjustments in Photoshop.

Real-time ray tracing renderings
These two refrigerator designs were rendered to test new features for online Consumer Research. Each presentation consisted of over 75 4k images. All were rendered in Unreal Engine 4 using real-time ray tracing with render times under four seconds per image.

Twilford Residence rendering
Built in AutoCad from blueprints, rendered in 3dsMax and refined in Photoshop.

Kitchen rendering
The appliance cad models came from designers and the kitchen was constructed in 3dsMax. Rendered in Blender.

Retail Complex rendering
Built in AutoCad from blueprints, produced in 3dsMax with very little Photoshop. This image was rendered in one pass without compositing. All of the 2d trees, bushes and people were ‘billboarded’ to follow the camera and provide accurate shadows.

-Tech- renderings
Created by importing cad, applying materials from brand libraries then setting up lighting and reflections. Rendered in Blender with compositing in Photoshop.

-Studio- renderings
Imported and cleaned engineering cad, with brand materials applied. Rendered in a Blender template created for consistent lighting and reflections.

-Hero- rendering
Rendered in Unreal Engine 5, I created a render-layer system for separated product-reflection-shadow layers. This greatly sped up the compositing process.

-Product Package- renderings
In Keyshot, I refined a material that produced great bristles for our scrubbing products. These rendered images were used for box art, marketing and how-to-use illustrations.
